Location - Buckingham. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Flash developer to lead our dynamic web development team and to take the lead in the creation of web development tools.
We require candidates who have an excellent knowledge of Flash Actionscript 2 (Actionscript 3 would be of benefit), HTML and JavaScript who are able to demonstrate expertise in the following software packages Flash and Dreamweaver. E-learning development or web tool development experience would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
Overall Job
To support and enhance the production of generic and bespoke e-learning materials, using current and available design technologies and methods. To possess the ability to call upon the expertise of the team of technical designers and programmers and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality targets.
To take the lead in the development of new and existing web based tools used to enhance the development teams capabilities.
Key task responsibilities
Design and Development - Ensure all development activity is carried out in line with company values of quality and technical excellence.
Quality and Testing - Ensure all development work is fully tested and meets the highest quality standards before publishing.
Customer Interface - Always perform your duties in a way that will provide for lasting relationships with all customers. Actively deal with customer requests and technical questions in a professional and caring manner in line with company Customer care policies.
On-line projects - Proactively contribute to design structures and process during all projects by maintaining abreast of current technology trends and methodologies. |
